The Community Pioneer is someone that has the community right at their heart. This is someone or a group of persons that have done something to support the community with an initiative or effort that has impacted the general population. 

For the Love of Art is the person that does it all, all the time for the love of what they do. Their work speaks to their passion and they get enthralled by just the thought of creating their next piece! 

This one is for those that are out there and networking until they can’t anymore! These collaborators are taking what they do best and giving their gift to others. Whether is be through teaching, inspiring, or talking it up these collaborators take it on to inspire others! 

The person that is the most friendly, the kindest, and just great to always be around. The one you rely on when you need an extra brush or some more paint. The one that checks in when they don’t have to and always makes the best jokes.  

To recognize the outstanding talent and potential of emerging artists who are making waves in the art world. From painters to sculptors, from digital artists to mixed media. This award celebrates the innovation and visionary work of artists who are pushing the boundaries of creativity.  

For those artists that are ages 13-18 who demonstrate exceptional skill, originality, and passion. It recognizes the youth who are already contributing meaningfully to the art scene and have the potential to share its future. 

This award is meant to recognize the artistry and innovation of performance artists who captivate audiences with their live performances that blur the lines between art and life. Recognizing the creativity, technique, and expression in performance art.  

The Art Blog that provides valuable insights, commentary and resources related to the world of art. From covering news, to trends, and features interviews, artists, and others.  

To recognize an artist or initiative that has used their gift to be a catalyst for social change. Recognizing critical social issues. This celebrates those who harness the power of art to inspire, engage, and create meaningful impact. 

A individual whose artistic accomplishments over the year have stood out in terms of innovation, influence, and execution. 

To recognize a young artist or recently established gallery that is making a powerful mark in the art scene. From curatorial innovation, artist representation, or community engagement this award celebrates galleries that are becoming important platforms for new artistic voices. 

Please keep in mind that we have a field trip to the planetarium coming up this week. The permission form must be signed and returned by Friday for your child.
